JAMESTOWN DIVISION - "IWO JIMA"

The Jamestown Division is now holding the scenario game on 6.27.09. The scenario is "Iwo Jima".

These games have in the past brought in 50-80 players. Check out their info under Jamestown Division in the forum or Calendar.

SOUTH COUNTY!

All South County members/guests can get their EPZ Business Cards from Lazetta & Jim Reynolds.

They forgot them at the last game and obviously could'nt hand them out!

SPECIAL OPS BRIGADE

The EPZ will not be submitting all scheduled games this season to the Special Ops Brigade. Multiple games have been submitted already but they are periodically having submittal problems. It is a waste of my time after filling in all the information then having it bounce back with a submittal error.

THE EPZ DIVISIONAL GAME

- 50+ players attended! -

This turned out to be a very good gameday. While only 2 of the Divisions showed - it still packed a punch. I was able to see the impact that the economy has had on paticipants this season. We only had 45 players this year.

The 1st game the Erie Division (+ 6 South County Members) lost by 1 against the South County Division.

The 2nd game the Erie Division (+ 6 South County Members) won by 11 against the South County Division.

This was a good gameday.

The 1st game was kind of slow due to the unfamiliarity of the battlefield.

But the 2nd game saw alot of aggression and coordination. Both sides put up a very good battle!

The battlefield layout itself was good. Lots of cover and variation. And the borders were also well established.

The only drawback I would say was the lengthly trek back to the safetyzone. Otherwise I give this a thumbs up!

The scenario team - Hand of Fate is hosting a scenario called Broken Arrow. This game will be held at Pentagon on 6.28.09.
