JOINING THE RANKS
- CREATING AN EPZ DIVISION -

You and your team are invited to participate and become a member of the EPZ Federation of North Western Pennsylvania and Western New York. The EPZ Federation (Erie Paintball Zone) is a woodsball organization based in Erie, PA with other Divisions in Corry PA, Tionesta PA, Meadville PA and Jamestown, NY. Our mission is to organize woodsball teams and individuals in NW PA and W NY.

- EACH DIVISION'S REQUIREMENTS -
The EPZ Federation is a non commercial organization. Its affiliate divisions may or may not be commercial fields. There is no fee to join and participate with the EPZ.  Each local EPZ Division is created for the sole purpose of organizing woodsball games within a safe environment and promoting paintball safety. Eventually recruiting other woodsball teams and individuals in their local area.
Procuring a safety net to separate the battlefield from the Safety Zone (non-playing area) and a chrono to limit each marker to 300 or lower is highly recommended. Informational help with these items can be requested.

- YOUR LOCAL MEMBERS -
If you feel you and/or your team or field would like to participate in the EPZ Federation and become an Official Division then here is some basic information:
* You must have at least one woodsball team (Consisting of at least 10 members).
Any additional teams can be as small as 3 members. And of coarse individual members are always welcome.
Always welcome new members and guests, declaring your established rules & regulations to be upheld.

- LOCAL LEADERSHIP -
* Someone must step up and become the Commander of the newly created division. This person is in charge of organizing and posting any local games on the main EPZ Website Forum. Hopefully with word of mouth and posting your games on the website (We have over 3 million hits. Your game will also be automatically posted on the SpecialOps Brigade Website), your local division will slowly start to grow from one team to many.

* You will have access to:
free waiver forms, free businesss cards, free safety sheets, free desktop wallpaper, EPZ patches and team patches, full use of the EPZ Website and forum, possible games with other EPZ Divisions.

* The commander and team leaders will have exclusive rights to be on the EPZ Committee to voice their opinions and vote on discussions on the organization's future policies. And if possible to accompany (optional) the yearly Committee Meeting held in Erie in March.

- RESPONSIBILITIES -
The commander will be responsible for three things:
1. To coorespond , schedule and post woodsball games in your local area even if there is only one team at the time.
2. To organize all the scattered woodsball warriors in the local area by handing out business cards.
3. Once there are two or more teams in the local EPZ Division, to start a committee to help with the safety issues, spreading the word and decision negotiation of the future. This committee will consist of the commander and every team leader. This committee pulls the local EPZ Division together as a family and all teams become a part of it instead of just belonging to it.

We are here to organize!
